Six Finger Guild
A unique Glyph that represents its owner
A Chop-Mark is a unique symbol of its owner, depicting small figures, glyphs, geometric patterns, or some combination. A Chop-Mark has normal dimensions of 2 inches square, although they are often displayed on shields or banners at a much larger size. The House of Heralds employs the finest artists and craftsmen to design a Chop-Mark. It is important that all Chop-Mark are original since they are used for identification. The use of a Chop-Mark on a document is, in many standards of law, more binding that a signature. The Heralds maintain a current list of all Chop-Mark symbols.
Chop-Marks are often formed into signant rings or elaborate stamps.
